Do I need any painting experience to take this course?
Not at all! This course is designed for beginners and beyond. I have a beginner watercolor course if you are a complete newbie and more advanced lessons you can tackle as you get more comfortable with the media. Whether you’ve never picked up a brush or you’re returning to art after a long break, I’ll guide you step-by-step in a stress-free, supportive way.
What materials will I need?
I’ll provide a simple list of recommended watercolor supplies with each tutorial, but don’t worry—nothing fancy is required! You’re welcome to use what you have, and I’ll show you how to get great results with basic tools. While some colors listed are more unique, I usually will tell you how to mix that from basic colors so you don’t have to go out and buy a specific color in order to do a tutorial.
How long can I access my tutorials?
Once you purchase a tutorial, you will have access for one year! That gives you plenty of time to paint if over and over until you feel very comfortable with the techniques. I like to do this and change up the colors or move around the elements of the painting to make it more interesting and test compositions!
Can I download the videos or resources?
The videos are streamable anytime you log in. They are copyrighted so they cannot be downloaded. PDF guides and outlines can be downloaded and printed for your use.
How do I access the tutorials?
When you sign up, you will be directed to create a log-in . After that, you can access your tutorial whenever you want! The course is available 24/7 so you can go back to the tutorials again and again!
Your monthly membership fee will be automatically drafted the same day of the month as you signed up. For example, if you sign up on July 25, your next fee will automatically draft the 25th each month after.
Can I watch the videos on my phone or tablet?
Yes! Thinkific is mobile-friendly, so you can watch lessons on your phone, tablet, or computer—whatever works best for you.
